Veterinary Technicians

Lacy Patcheck is a Certified Veterinary Technician who grew up locally in Mancos, Colorado. She graduated from San Juan College and has been working at Vibrant Pet since 2006. She has always had a passion for working with animals and takes pride in her work. When not working as a Vet Tech at Vibrant Pet, she spends her time helping her husband with their ranch and raising her kids. She loves her 4 dogs, 3 cats, and too many horses and cows to count.

Stacia Bourbeau is a Certified Veterinary Technician. She graduated from the Community College of Denver in 2006. She has worked in several animal hospital including a year long internship at The Animal Medical Center in New York City. Stacia is married and has one son and two step-daughters. She has a squished face pug/westie mix named Millie and boisterous bull terrier named Snow. On her ever growing farm she raises chickens, turkeys, and pigs.
Veterinary Assistants

Tyrell “Ty” Bucher joined the Vibrant Pet Team in June of 2015, earning his Certified Veterinary Assistant degree in 2019. After falling in love with Veterinary Medicine he decided to further is education and is getting his certification as a licensed technician at San Juan College in Farmington, New Mexico. Ty has grown to love both emergency medicine as well as Physical Therapy. He also runs an in-home pet sitting service. His love of animals has grown every day.
Ty loves being a daddy to his two children and a husband to his lovely wife. Ty has his own funny farm, as they call it, including 6 chickens (Jo, Charlie, Phoebe, Silver Mist, Blue, and Kala), two guinea pigs (Fawkes and Ronan), two cats (Gizmo, Bellona) two dogs (Cherokee, Teyha) one hamster (Snitch), and two rabbits (Charlie Flooph and Loki).

Cayce Lockhart is a Certified Veterinary Assistant and an avid animal lover. She graduated high school in 2016 and is currently working on becoming a certified veterinary technician through San Juan College. She has two dogs and a cat of her own. She grew up in a world of 4-H and FFA showing goats. Cayce enjoys working at Vibrant Pet and caring for all her patients. When she isn’t at work she enjoys being around her friends and family usually at an arena or horseback on the mountain.

Amanda Antholz grew up in Cortez, Colorado. She started working at Vibrant Pet, as a veterinary assistant, in October 2017 and is very happy to be part of our team. She has been in other employment fields throughout her life, but choosing animal care has been her best choice yet. Animals have always been a special part of her life. Outside of work she enjoys camping, fishing, riding horses, shooting, snuggling kittens and spending time with family. She has 3 dogs, 2 cats and 4 horses.

Lauren Butler is attending New Mexico State University to work towards earning her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine. She has been interning at Vibrant Pet for several years now. She's active in her local 4-H and FFA where she shows steers and heifers. She enjoys working with both small and large animals, many of which live at her home.

Kensey Switzer joined our team in May of 2019 as an intern vet assistant. She is currently pursuing her degree at San Juan College in Veterinary Technology to become a technician. Her love for animals has always been there as she grew up in 4H and FFA. KC is her beautiful wild child heeler.
