Directions from Mancos:

• ​Follow  Highway 160 until you reach the first light in Cortez, turn right at this light onto Highway 145
• Turn left off of Highway 145 onto Alamosa Street (Across from Cortez Elks Lodge)
• Come to a four-way-stop, go straight. Alamosa street turns into County Road L
• On the left hand side you will see a white building with blue roof. There is also a sign out front that says Vibrant Pet Animal Hospital

Directions from Dove Creek:

• ​​Come towards Cortez on Highway 491
• Turn left onto County Road L (Across from Jargons Irrigation)
• Come to a four-way-stop, go straight, stay on Road L
• On the right hand side you will see a white building with blue roof. There is also a sign out front that says Vibrant Pet Animal Hospital

Directions from Dolores:

• ​​Follow Highway 145 until you reach Cortez. You will turn right onto Alamosa Street (Across from Cortez Elks Lodge)
• Come to a four-way-stop, go straight. Alamosa street turns into County Road L

• Come towards Cortez on Highway 491
• Turn left off of Main Street onto Mildred Road (stop light)
• Come to a four-way-stop, go straight (pass Southwest Hospital)
• Come to another four-way-stop, turn left onto County Road L
  
• On the left hand side you will see a white building with blue roof. There is also a sign out front that says Vibrant Pet Animal Hospital​​
